What we're looking for...

  • You demonstrate leadership, take initiative, and are proactive in introducing ideas to the function
  • You are a sounding board and coach to employees, from strategic planning and succession planning with senior management to performance at the individual level
  • You have experience managing all administrative and operational aspects of the HR function, including policies, procedures, compliance and vendor management
  • You are a self-learner, who can bring in outside best practices and leverage those pragmatically in areas like compensation practices and culture refinement
  • You understand the fundamentals of hiring great talent and are able to add value and project manage the process
