As our Vice President of People & Places,

Refine and reinforce our collaborative and genuine culture as we continue to grow globally and in a distributed fashion - we have a deep belief in diversity, inclusion and belonging and want to keep doing better here
Serve as People expert, guiding us in building a scalable and metrics-driven People framework - teach us, enable us, and hold the mirror up to ensure we're building against our values
Architect our talent attraction infrastructure, defining our recruiting processes, designing our employee value proposition and employment branding, setting our pipelining and selection strategy, and building global operational capabilities - we're continuing rapid-expansion into EMEA, APAC and both Americas!
