Talent Distillery was born in 2018 from a simple hypothesis: building great executive teams is less about checking boxes and more about fit for purpose.
After a decade in traditional executive search, Mathilde and Michele set out to partner with mission-driven founders and CEOs—the ones building for sustainability as they scale, shaping the future of how we live, work, and play. Think AI drug discovery, augmented robotics, brain-chip interfaces, climate transformation, and health tech.
Over time, we embedded deeper with our clients and grew into our own distinct expertise. Mathilde brings a gift for executive coaching, blending ancient wisdom with AI-driven techniques to help leaders ground in their truth and lead from purpose. Michele brings curiosity and a passion for talent engagement and development, building executive teams designed for the future of work.
