Head of People Mandate

  • People thought partner. Be the sounding board and advisor to the leadership team as NorthOne enters its next stage of growth
  • Talent management expert. Create a meaningful and consistent candidate to employee to alumni lifecycle, with particular focus on organizational design, leadership development, and learning
  • Recruiting strategist. Set the recruiting vision, strategically lead all things talent (pipeline, branding, programs, operations), and oversee executive searches as we round out the leadership team
  • Cultural architect. Build upon, evolve and reinforce NorthOne’s high-performance culture as we continue to scale #missionandimpact #ownership #meritocracy #candor
  • Mentor. Inspire, develop, and grow the People team of four (2 talent acquisition specialists, 1 culture & people manager, 1 people ops specialist)
