Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition

As the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, you will oversee talent acquisition, diversity and global expansion as Recursion continues to mature post-IPO.

  • Build upon a great foundation to architect a global Talent Acquisition framework as we open new global offices and head towards employee 1000 in the next 2-3 years
  • Be a thought partner to Chief People Officer, Heather Kirkby, and advisor and business partner to Vice Presidents across the organization as they continue to build and elevate their teams
  • Take our employment branding to the next level
  • Partner with Head of People Operations, Brackon Curtis, in creating a seamless and holistic employee experience, from candidate to employee to alumni
  • Champion diversity and equity across the business and ensure inclusion and equitability across the candidate experience, with a process that yields diversity
  • Mature our recruiting metrics and analytics to optimize the end-to-end TA process and meaningfully inform leadership planning and decisions
  • Scale, grow and mentor a team of 12
